Full description of the position

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the Arnold/Annapolis area. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing customer quotes, working with manufacturers to resolve application issues, and providing excellent customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process large volumes of individual customer quotes daily using AutoQuotes. This includes proper selection of equipment and determination of appropriate pricing.

• Work closely with manufacturers to resolve application specific issues.

• Resolve customer discrepancies or complaints.

• Remain knowledgeable on products we represent.

• Answering phones and making calls.

• Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience:

• Ability to apply concepts of basic mathematics.

• Ability to communicate professionally, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Experience in AutoQuotes or similar CPQ software.

• 2 years or more customer service experience

• Inside Sales / Quoting: 1 year minimum
