PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:
Identify and communicate with senior level client contacts, build relationships, probe, listen, overcome objections, resolve client concerns. Utilize consultative/strategic communication and business development skills to close new business within existing customers and support development of company sales pipeline.
MAJOR AREAS OF PERFORMANCE:
- Responsible for overall customer satisfaction and ensuring new opportunities close within existing customers with the help of the Operations team.
- Responsible for forecasting client revenue, accruals and meeting forecasted revenue targets.
- Responsible for identifying new revenue opportunities within your existing clients and engaging the Sale Executive(s) to assist with closing new business.
- Develop, cultivate, and close opportunities with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 Targets
- Review client contracts annually to ensure ACS is meeting all client obligations
- Manage/facilitate the execution of assigned client(s) parameters and specifications, ensuring quality program completion and account retention.
- Influence, delegate, and communicate, in a deadline driven environment, ensuring sound planning, good service, and a solid client relationship.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of activities carried out on behalf of assigned clients; change plans as necessary to produce results.
- Keeping management informed of the status of accounts, problems, plans and meetings, as well as involving Management personnel at key times.
- Work in conjunction with the Director of Operations and ACS Leadership to bring new innovation to existing customers.
- Support the ACS team as the subject matter expert within the industry assigned.
- Assist in prioritizing opportunities within existing customers.
- Work with clients within their work schedules/time zones with overtime as needed. Travel as needed.
- This position does not carry any new logo revenue target and, as such, makes you ineligible for Archer Corporate Services’ Account Manager Bonus Program.
- Create and present quarterly QBR’s with all clients
Qualifications (Experience, Knowledge, Skills) Required:
- Self-motivated & ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communications and organizational skills.
- Ability to track multiple processes and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and client communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Great attention to detail.
- Five + years of Account Management/Client Relations experience.
- Excellent working knowledge of ERP, G-Suite, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and others as required.
- Ability to lead a team.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
