We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Commercial Account Manager who has experience working with business customers to solve problems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a thorough customer service approach for each customer interaction. The individual in this position has the power to make or break customer satisfaction, and is expected to identify and address any potential problems before customers can even express their concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts.
• Follow up on customer requests and inquiries.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Answer general questions.
• Manage the customer database.
• Issue COI's accurately and quickly
• Remarket commercial accounts at renewal
• P+C License required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
