• Assist in developing and managing sales and member retention processes.
• Manage the leads file and follow up with prospects to secure their enrollment.
• Manage all membership cancellation requests to maximize the likelihood that they stay enrolled or re-enroll within 90 days.
• Become an expert user, trainer, and administrator of our Jackrabbit enrollment system and telephone system.
• Handle phone calls and emails as needed during some portion of your shifts.
• Coach sales and member services team members to improve their skills and ensure they are effective in driving enrollments.
