Sales Administrative Assistant

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a creative, customer-service-obsessed individual to join our sales team! You'll assist our corporate sales team in implementing their vision for sales initiatives, including planning special events to get our customers and sales teams excited about what we offer. You'll also get the chance to interface directly with customers. You'll ensure that they are satisfied with our services, that their needs are being met, and that if either of those things isn't happening, you'll do whatever it takes to help them get the support they need. Empathy, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and persistence will be skills that help you thrive in this role.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers, keeping careful records of the details of those conversations
  • Follow up internally to find solutions to customer problems or questions, acting as the voice of the customer within Les Olson IT
  • Manage scheduling for corporate and local sales leadership
  • Assist with weekly/monthly sales meetings
  • Work with event coordinator on sales events
  • Manage various sales programs as an administrator
  • Prepare analytics based on sales data
  • Keep our CRM (Salesforce) updated with customer contacts and the subjects of those conversations
  • Support the on-boarding of new hires within the sales organization based on the established SOP
  • Use various sales technology and data analytics

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years administrative assistant or project management experience, customer success experience desirable
  • Excellent time- and project-management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Must be flexible, a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and work independently
