Lifetime Quality Roofing is looking to hire and train new Sale Reps. Rated one of the fastest growing roofing companies in the U.S. We're looking to bring on both experienced and entry-level sales people who are thoughtful and driven.

Full Time / W-2 Employee
Make up to 3,000 in bonuses per month

You will receive thorough training on all products and be equipped with extensive knowledge on the home improvement industry.
Looking to always promote internally, advancement opportunities will be provided frequently.
Potential to be move up to Team Lead or Sales Associate position after 90 days. Carries average earnings of $100,000-$150,000 year

Qualifications:

• Must be personable, with strong social/people skills.

• Past sales and/or sales experience highly desired.

• Must be self-motivated and ambitious.

• Must be a great attitude, and able to inspire and motivate others.

• Must work well with other and in a Team Environment.

• Ability to work Mon - Fri: & two Saturdays per month

Salary and Benefits:

• Two months paid training + 100% commission on all sales.
• Weekly/Monthly bonuses

• Average first year income range: $100,000 - $150,000 commission Job
• Vacation, Sick time, Holidays.
