* 2+ recent years in residential & contracting sales experience a plus

*General understanding of building codes

*Valid driver's license with a Clean driving record

*Clean cut and well-groomed / Professional appearance

*Comfortable/respectful when speaking with customers/employees

*Bilingual is a plus

Job Summary:

Now as we look for the next milestone to surpass here in 2023, we are on pace to set an ALL-TIME company record for gross sales EVER!

*Successful Project Managers will follow up on all leads primarily provided by HOMEMASTERS by visiting the homes of prospective clients while providing a quality presentation that would encourage the purchase of HOMEMASTERS products and services.

*Project Managers will be encouraged to generate a minimum of one to two self-generated leads per week. All Project Managers will be required to assist in the showroom when available and answer phones as dictated by the schedule to assist in overflow calls to ensure minimal customer wait times. All Project Managers will be strongly encouraged to attend a networking meeting 1-2 times per month.

*Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Must have a minimum basic understanding of computers, tablets and cellular devices. Must be reliable and on-time, capable of calculating estimates based on the needs of the customer, and pay close attention to detail when assessing a potential sale. Experience in the Construction field is a plus.

Company vehicle and fuel card to be provided after 60 days if sales targets are reached.

Pay: $37,785.13 - $140,167.11 per year
