The Salaried Sales Consultant is a full-time position responsible for ensuring a successful overall customer experience. Your goal will be to turn store visitors into loyal customers. You will assist customer purchases with product knowledge and process efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Interpersonal skills. Listening and communicating are necessary for success. The staff member should communicate effectively with customers and other staff members.
• Strong interest in cars. The staff member should have or be able to learn basic knowledge of cars. He/she will be a specialist for the customer.
• Excellent organizational skills. The staff member will schedule and track customer follow-up.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer experiences no matter what the situation is.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Driver’s license required.
• Excellent communication skills (additional languages are a plus!)
• Genuine interest in CARS!
