We are currently accepting applications for full time and part time Beauty Advisors for fragrances, part time Beauty Advisors for MAC and Estee Lauder, and a full time Brand Manager for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics . Job responsibilities include meeting personal selling goals by building repeat business clientele, embracing educational tools and resources provided by Dillard's and the vendor partners, assisting in the execution and success of all in-store Beauty Events, and assisting in the execution of visual presentation standards.

Prior cosmetics and beauty experience is encouraged, but not required. For the Management position, we are looking for candidates with at least two years of management or leadership experience. All positions pay hourly with the possibility of monthly commission and bonuses, once sales performance standards have been met. Candidates should have open availability, including the ability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
