Qualifications

• Must be highly professional with excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment, must be able to prioritize tasks for self and others
• Must be tech savvy and able to learn new software programs and applications easily
• Read, write, and speak fluently in English and Spanish
• Super-organized
• Able to work Monday through Friday, and if needed on Saturday.
• Customer Focused – able to make the customer feel they are special and important
• Excellent listening skills
• Kind, engaging, good personality
• Works well with others
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Willing to grow with the team
• Sales background preferred
• Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
• Any background in legal sales is a big plus

Responsibilities

• Sell law firm consultations
• Perform support duties to the sales team
• User for sales customer relationship management system (CRM)
• Support recruiting process for sales positions
• Take payment/process over the phone
• Add to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
• Help with the Admin side of things as needed

Sales, Commission and Incentives available
Must speak English & Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
