Seeking an experienced, professional, and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative.

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for fielding inside sales calls, managing lead generation and scheduling leads for outside sales consultants.

We are looking for a "go getter" that can help our company continue to grow.

The ideal candidate would exhibit the following characteristics:

• Answer inbound calls

• Schedule customer appointments to begin the sales process

• Assist with the collection of deposits after the contract is signed

• Follow up with and reschedule customers as needed

• Contact prospects through phone calls, emails and text messages

• Proven track record in building and maintaining a successful relationships with new and existing customers

• Ability to work as a team player, in a sales team environment

• Must be proficient with Google Business Suite

• Excellent verbal communication and time management skills

• Dependable and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done

• Strong attention to detail is essential

• Willing to listen and learn

Qualifications:

• Previous inside or outside sales experience is preferred

• Strong communication skills (verbal / written)

• Confident and driven to be the best

• Flexibility, leadership, independence

• Motivation and drive to plan account and sales strategies to exceed sales objectives

• Ability to make sound business decisions

• Strong Basic PC skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
