Job Summary Responsible for overseeing a territory of field-based partners for Masergy and ultimately all Comcast Advanced Mid-Market Services across the U.S. Works with Partner Sales Manager teams from Comcast Business who are also aligned to specific geographic territories and partners as well as quota bearing reps from Masergy in order to achieve sales goals. Requires deep understanding of and experience working with partners who sell Masergy and Advanced Mid-Market solutions currently. Also requires strong overall knowledge and demonstrated success in selling SDWAN, Security, UCaaS and other related services. Role will be virtual based with up to 50% car travel to partner sites.

Core Responsibilities
Ensures Indirect Channel goals and objectives are attained for the organization across assigned a geographic territory.
Drives specific Masergy/Advanced Mid-Market services sales targets and metrics to meet or exceed budget objectives with ~50 partners in a given market or region who are sub agents of a TSD or direct agents/partners.
Contributes to the development of accurate and detailed monthly/weekly metrics for assigned partners and tracking new logos, new funnel and new partners who are on boarded in various Salesforce stages
Recruit, train and support the partner community to position the entire suite of Masergy solutions (and eventually Comcast Business advanced solutions) and works with the channel managers of the TSDs in their assigned territories to identify new partner opportunities
Serves as liaison to channel partners with regards to any sales related issues.
Provide monthly updates and reports on:
Competitive programs and initiatives
Market and industry trends
Roll up of organizational issues and concerns
Recruits new direct partners and TSD sub partners.
Develops marketing plans for subset of top targeted partners
Manages the performance of Masergy/Advanced Mid-Market Services premier partners.
Interfaces closely with Comcast Business Indirect Channel regional leadership to help drive results
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Preferred Requirements
Proven understanding of and experience selling Masergy products and services and other SD WAN and Security Services.
Individual must be proactive, have high energy, and be self-motivated.
Strong executive presence and ability to build relationships internally and externally.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Exceptional interpersonal, networking and communications skills
Strong ability to work effectively within corporate hierarchy and across functional areas.
Must be willing to travel (up to 50% regional travel).
Advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
