What You'll Do: In this role you will oversee state recruiting and development of Agents and Agency Managers as well as drive the development of goals and strategies through the state by coordinating sales meetings, and monitoring agent performance through metrics, coaching and analysis.
What It Takes to Join Our Team:
- College degree or equivalent plus five to eight years relevant sales recruiting experience required. Experience with project management or managing sales process preferred.
- Licensed in all product lines preferred. FINRA Registered Representative and Principal, Series 6, 26 & 63 preferred.
- Experience coordinating and tracking sales promotion email to our field leaders and agents.
- Must possess excellent leadership, oral and written communication, planning and decision making.
- Strong problem solving, motivation, and marketing skills preferred.
- Some travel required.
