If so, please consider our role of Catering Sales Manager at the Award Winning Courtyard by Marriott Austin Pflugerville and Convention Center.

Our operations team finished in the top 5% for overall guest satisfaction in 2022. Our culinary team is lead by an award winning Executive Chef as well as a seasoned Sous Chef. Both have been at the hotel over 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop quality leads to grow catering sales
• Sell, plan, and coordinate all special social events
• Assure the highest level of customer service
• Planning menus
• Discussing contract requirements with customers
• Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
• Manage operations and finances of business
• Recruit and train new hires on business practices
• Drive development of employees
• Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained

Qualifications

• Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• 1 year minimum of catering sales experience

Pay: $52,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
