Full description of the position

We are looking for 1-2 highly experienced inside sales representatives that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.

The job would be part time/full time approximately 35-40 hours per week and pays a combination of hourly, commissions, and bonuses.

Compensation would be $900 and up to $1500 per week ($46,800-$78,000/year) working only 5 -8 hours per day. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively fielding customer inquires, questions, and concerns; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of outbound calls in an efficient manner
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
• Make detailed notes of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Skills

• Previous experience in a customer support role - call center, sales, and/or telemarketing experience preferred
• Previous experience with cold calling preferred
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - MarketSharp experience preferred but not required
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
