City Wide Facility Solutions of Austin is hiring a full time Business Development Specialist as part of our 2023 Business Development & Expansion initiative. The primary objective of the Business Development Specialist is to ensure that our marketing department meets key KPIs for brand awareness, proliferation, client acquisition and brand interaction. The Business Development Specialist will be hands on with our experiential campaigns targeted at driving consumer interactions and customer acquisition.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will:

Driving sales for our clients

Market Research

Business development and an efficient sales cycle

Proactive outreach with target demographics

Team Development

Sales and Revenue Management

Business Management

On-ground marketing campaigns

Business Development Specialist Role Requirements:

Outgoing personality, able to easily interact with others and establish rapport

Have strong communication skills to speak face to face with our customers

Promoting client product, brand, and services

Create individual marketing methods

Create energy and excitement to provide a fun environment for our team and customers at our events and in-store promotions

The Business Development Specialist is a full-time role within our sales team at our offices in Cedar Park. This position is Monday-Friday 8am- 5pm. Qualifying applicants should possess a degree in a relevant field of study or have at least two years working experience.
