Lumina Solar is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. We're looking for customer oriented, energetic people, who are passionate about applying these skills to provide reliable solutions and satisfy our customers.


You’ll be a valued member of the Inside Sales team. Your peers will rely on your expertise and you will help move businesses and homes toward carbon neutrality. You will report to the Inside Sales Manager.


In this role, you'll get to:

  • Manage and respond to inbound leads in a timely manner
  • Call leads to schedule appointments from 3rd party sales organizations
  • Answer questions and educate potential customers on the benefits of going solar and the steps required
  • Serve as a consultant and provide useful product knowledge to qualifying homeowners
  • Qualify leads based on location and site quality
  • Keep detailed records and log all interactions and communications with customers
  • Process appointments and update lead status to reflect current status of each appointment
  • Work with sales manager to increase conversations and efficiency
  • Constantly expand solar industry knowledge
  • Meet and exceed lead generation goals

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

  • Strong work ethic, comfortable making phone calls, and goal oriented
  • Must be self-driven & highly motivated
  • Excellent customer service and verbal/written communications skills
  • Must be available full-time in Baltimore, MD

It's great, but not essential, if you have:

  • Previous inside sales or call center experience highly desired but not required
