We are looking for an individual with high energy for our Inside Sales Representative position. Pay will be based on experience. Excellent benefits.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with insurance adjusters and homeowners preferred - Will Train
• No Cold Calling - Following up with existing customers
• Prior experience communicating with clients and customers
• Strong verbal/communication skills - ability to speak clearly
• Ability to speak persuasively and respectfully with all types of people
• A stable work history coupled with a strong work ethic
• Xactimate experience preferred - Will Train

Requirements:

• Drive approvals with insurance adjusters
• Administrative skills
• Schedule assessments
• Paperwork and phone calls
• Basic data entry skills
• Sales mentality with a "take charge" work ethic
• Computer savvy
• Self-starter and self-motivated individual

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00/hr., plus monthly bonus. This is not a commission based job.
