Full description of the position

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in planning & allocations

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced experience with Excel spreadsheets and queries VLOOKUP, IF functions, Pivot Tables, etc.)

· Mature-minded individual with exceptional communication and customer service skills (written and verbal)

· Must have strong analytical skills (Ability to analyze and organize large amounts of raw data)

· Must be willing to learn and grow in a fast paced environment

· Prior Retail experience is a plus

· Experience with planogram software, is a plus

· Experience with SQL is a plus

Responsibilities:

· Data management- Execute and communicate weekly store allocations based on current sales and inventory trends

· Support a collaborative, innovative merchandising strategy, within cross-functional departments. (Work closely with purchasing and design on new product introductions and allocation strategies.)

· Validation of data integrity, and assisting with the development and maintenance of databases.

· Weekly communication with customer accounts to maintain a successful partnership in fulfilling the store needs.

· Monthly/Quarterly recap of sales results and inventory movement to establish necessary projections.

· Weekly modifications to plan-o-gram software driving the data tables
