Fire Sprinkler Sales and Estimator

Responsibilities:

• Estimate and negotiate new contracts
• Work with field team to execute jobs
• Be proficient in reviewing contract documents and drawings
• Communicates changes and progress
• Determine customer needs by conducting site surveys and reviewing your findings with the appropriate customer personnel.
• Prepare and present effective proposals that offer solutions to customer
• Submission of bids and budgets by the bid deadline
• Attend project site pre-bid meetings, site tours, and post-bid interviews as required

• Safe work habits
• Professional written/verbal communications skill required
• Previous construction contractor experience preferred
• Works well in group problem solving situations.

• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Applies feedback to improve performance.
• Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• NICET certification is a plus
• Working knowledge of AutoCad, AutoSprink, HydraCad or other specialized fire sprinkler layout software is a plus

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Fire Sprinkler Construction Estimating: 5 years (Required)
• Fire Sprinkler Project management: 5 years (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
