ANDON Specialties, Inc. is searching for an Inside Sales Representative to support the outside sales team from our office in Baton Rouge, LA.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage customers in order to understand needs and develop solutions
• Respond to requests for quote (RFQ) with timely quotations
• Maximize quote-to-order conversion through customer care
• Develop complete understanding and document reasons for all losses
• Collaborate across teams to provide superior customer service
• Utilize Salesforce and Prophet21 to manage business

HOW TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE? Preferred experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Industrial sales experience
• Process automation/instrumentation and/or analytical sales experience
• Industry experience in one, or more, of the following: petrochemical, oil & gas, life sciences, and/or semiconductor
