Showroom Sales Associate
About us
Optimum Home Solutions, LLC is the exclusive labor division for our own retail showroom located in Queen Creek, AZ. We provide home remodeling services, and with our retail showroom, we're able to provide showroom design options for our clients. Our company's objectives are to provide quality labor, and exceptional customer service.
We’re looking for individuals that can assist both our retail clients, as well as contractors with material selections and design options. This position's highest priority is customer satisfaction. You must have the ability listen and learn the customer’s needs, as well as design and understand all products sold through our vendors. Helping clients with choosing flooring, wall tiles, cabinets, countertops, paint colors, and other material options will be key to this position. Once a customer has made the material selections, you will be responsible to check material availability, and complete the retail transaction using our cloud-based payment software. Onsite training and product education will be provided.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers or contractors through our retail showroom.
- Discuss product budget with our existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Develop, and maintain a positive business relationship throughout the entire process.
- Reach out to any customer leads, and schedule in-store meetings when possible.
- Provide a resolution of alternative materials in the event original selections are out of stock.
- Maintain sales goal, weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Coordinate scheduling with other team members , and other departments.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Always focus on the customer satisfaction.
- Continuously improve through personal and management feedback.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays that are by appointment only.
- Basic computer and tablet skills.
- Provide a positive and respectful attitude at all times.
- Phenomenal customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31,200.00 - $91,200.00 per year
