Full description of the position

The role will be part of Marsh's US Affinity team and can be Fully Remote anywhere in the US, focused on growing Marsh’s presence in the consumer and small commercial segment through use of digital products & partnerships.

We are looking for someone that can make an impact as an influential individual contributor by managing large-scale strategic projects, coaching team members, and solving complex problems. This includes developing client relationships, acting as the client's trusted advisor, pursuing new business development, and expanding and diversifying client relationships

Partner Manager/ Client Relationship Manager- Senior Specialist

  • Overall responsibility for all delivery across the client with a pulse on all aspects day to day, including delivery across the individual policy holders

  • Manage execution across functional groups, solving complex projects, facilitating and driving meetings, developing solutions

  • Define strategic direction with and for client; including growth opportunities, risks, and blockers

  • Drives enablement of long-term strategic planning both client facing and internally

  • Responsible for project management and implementation plans across client for new scope/ capabilities

  • Responsible for meeting client expectations, maintaining scope of delivery within current SOW, and meeting SLAs and quality expectations

  • Manages scope and change control process across client

  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking

  • Industry background in insurance highly preferred (underwriting, brokerage, commercial lines, product management)

  • Excellent influencing and oral/written communication skills

  • Hands-on experience leading project delivery in an Agile environment is strongly recommended

  • People skills with experience in attracting, coaching, and mentoring teams

  • Experience in customer empathy, including design thinking, customer journey/personal development, and hypothesis-driven test and learn a plus

What you need to have:

  • 3 to 5 years of project/ program management experience

  • 3 to 5 years of direct client management experience, preferably with large clients, better with large multi-national clients

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Commercial Insurance Experience Required

  • Background or experience within building/developing complex programs

The applicable base salary range for this role is $105,900 to $226,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
