Inside Sales Representative in Kennesaw, GA

accounts, Emerson has the opportunity for you! Based in our Kennesaw, GA location we are looking for a sales driven
candidate who wants to be a part of our sales team that develops, qualifies, and leads assigned accounts or territories.
You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You are
comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales in addition to
working with the outside sales team. This opportunity will provide a phenomenal start for experienced sales professionals
as well as new professionals out of college with a Fortune 500 company that is growing and expanding products and
services.
In this role, you will:
- Own the Emerson-Customer relationship for assigned accounts or territories.
- Develop collaborative sales strategies to meet your individual sales target and close opportunities.
- Provide support for customers and solutions that solve our customers’ needs and struggles.
- Provide an overview and demonstrations of value of products and services to customers.
- Build long-lasting relationships with external customers for a better customer experience.
- Partner with Outside Sales executives for strategic opportunities.
- Acquire new customers and generate Sales Qualified Leads.

Required Skills :
- Four-year college/university or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-3 years of sales or business development experience with proven results
- Customer focused, excels in surpassing client expectations
- Maintain a motivated, positive, driven and professional approach
- Must be results motivated and able to work with a collaborative atmosphere
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day with a professional and friendly phone manner
- Ability to interact with a highly matrixed team environment
- Demonstrated skills for problem-solving
- Innovative thinking and critical thinking skills to anticipate customer problems, objections
- Ability to quickly form and develop relationships
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and lead management software
- Experience working with Salesforce or CRM system
- Fantastic follow-up skills, ability to ensure tasks are completed

Flexible Work Schedule – Remote Work Option and Core Hours
This role has the flexibility of a remote work option up to three days a week and a core hour schedule. You can choose to flex your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Our teams work together to ensure our chosen work schedules enable our creativity and productivity as we serve the needs of our customers.
