Ziebart Construction ([please apply online] is accepting resumes from the best-of-the-best, experienced design consultants/sales professionals interested in joining our growing sales team. Our current sales people each sell between $250k-$500k per month.

Very lucrative opportunity for another rockstar sales person. Do not apply if you are unable to determine if a wall is load bearing or not...or if you are unable to calculate full scope of works, budgets for 2 story additions or ADU's. You need to understand lot setbacks and zoning restrictions. This is not a position to learn on-the-job. In other words, you need to have a lot more industry experience than selling gutters, or roofs...or any other single trade. Every project is multiple trades.

As a Design Consultant you will be advising homeowners on kitchens, baths, additions, whole house remodeling and ADU’s. Your role is to meet with homeowners, evaluate their needs, recommend solutions, provide remodeling design concepts, develop pricing and write and present client agreements. We demand that our clients receive the highest level of service, integrity and value.

Requirements:
* Residential construction experience -or- Degree in Architecture/Design

* Professional demeanor and appearance

* Minimum 10 years previous similar job experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000 - $400,000.00 per year DOE
