Industrial Service Solutions seeks talented and competitive Inside Sales Representatives that will thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. This position involves taking incoming phone, emails, and on-line inquiries from customers, booking orders, responding to inquiries, generating new business through outreach, and exceeding sales goals. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Answer telephone, email, and online inquiries; verify and enter order information
• Inbound and on-line lead follow-up
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Respond quickly and courteously to customer inquiries
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects
• Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities
• Upsell by recommending related products
• Build rapport with customers through friendly, professional communication

Requirements

Successful candidates in this role have a strong inside sales/customer service background.

• Inside sales and/or customer service experience; e-commerce a plus
• Track record of over-achieving quotas
• Strong phone presence
• BA/BS degree or technical/mechanical sales background preferred
• Knowledge of air/gas compressors or other industrial equipment a plus
• Experience working with a CRM system, Salesforce.com or similar
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
