The Sabatini Insurance Agency has new opportunities and openings for insurance sales representative as we grow and is now seeking candidates interested in making a difference. Opportunities exist for experienced and new insurance sales representatives within the insurance industry.

Our newest insurance sales representative should be motivated, energetic, and ready to let us help you succeed.

Even if you have no specific Insurance experience, but are confident in your sales and relationship building abilities, please inquire!
Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales
• Ask each client for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each client contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Generating insurance quotes.

Requirements

• Personal Lines license strongly preferred or candidates in the process of obtaining this license preferred.
• Minimum 1 year sales experience required
• Bachelors degree strongly preferred, but not required.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coach-able.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Confident and motivated who works well independently.
• Ability to communicate well over the phone
• Typing accuracy and computer skills needed
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
