We are looking for several IT Business Development Sales Executives to join our Recruiting Team and participate in different projects. Excellent opportunity for junior professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest growing industries!

Responsibilities:
Responsible for New Business and Lead Generation for contract and direct hire positions including screening

Source for both active and passive talent to build up our client database

Prepare candidates thoroughly for job interviews and follow up skills

Document activity notes in ATS

Qualifications:

2 Year experience in Staffing Sales
2 years plus of proven track sales record
Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience required
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong relationship building

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
