Roofing Salesman

We are looking for talented and competitive Sales Representatives that excel in qualifying prospects and closing sales. Sales Representatives will service existing customers and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential leads. Effectively communicate the correct solution/product for prospects needs, potential outcome of the proposed strategy, solutions. Keep management informed by submitting activities, results and paperwork via weekly reports. The candidate must have experience working with apartment (AAA) communities, BOMA, or condominium/ / homeowner associations (CAI) in a sales role for roofing installations or construction with roofing exposure.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads and following up on existing opportunities
- Network with existing and new clients at company events and shows, performing presentations
- Close sales
- Inspect roofs and the create, provide, and present roofing estimates
- Service existing customers and establish new accounts
- Inform management of sales quota, etc.

Qualifications:
- Must have experience with roofing (pitch and flat roofs) – not afraid to get on roofs
- Must have current client base and contacts with the Apartment Associations (AAA), Commercial property managers (BOMA), or the condominium and townhome HOA managers (CAI)
- Must be energetic.
- Proven sales experience.

- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Organizational skills to effectively process all paperwork/products

Job Benefits:
This position includes the following:

- Salary ($60K-$ 70K) + Commission (Based on sales goals being met)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
