POSITION TITLE: Sales Team Admin

DEPARTMENT: Sales

REPORTS TO: Sales Manager

FLSA STATUS: Exempt Non-exempt

JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Team Admin assists the Sales Manager and Sales Reps with call routing, quote creation, data entry and cleanup. This role will work with the Sales Team to ensure that all information in Sales systems is entered timely and accurately. The Sales Team Admin will also help ensure information relayed to customers from the sales team is accurately documented and represented.

JOB DUTIES

  • Create quotes in MSCRM and SAP based on input from the team
  • Contact vendors for price & availability
  • Data input into Toyota Systems (CST)
  • Initiate special pricing requests with Toyota
  • Complete quotes for Allied equipment/products
  • MSCRM database cleanup & maintenance
  • Contact customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information
  • Assist with inventory control – physical equipment & data records
  • Take & route phone calls, create simple correspondence
  • Routine report creation
  • Assist team with the creation of sales presentation decks
  • Manage sales team assets (literature, forms, trade show items, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE

  • Three years of experience in an administrative or data entry position

EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • PC, Telephone, Scanner/copier/fax machine

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
