What is the Powersports Industry? Powersports products are made up of Motorcycles, ATV’s, Side by Sides (UTV’s), Personal Watercraft, and Seadoo Switch Boats. Basically, selling powersports is SELLING FUN!

BIG#1 Motorsports is looking for a high energy, motivated Sales Associates to grow the business! Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell vehicles, have fun and make money! Your passion to generate sales for new and used powersports products will be rewarded through an aggressive pay plan of $15.00 per hour plus commission. Once you get the necessary experience, you will have the option to move to 100% commission with a higher pay ceiling.

No experience is required.

We will train you on the sales process and product knowledge and you have a guaranteed pay for your 2-Week Training.

Desired qualifications include:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Sales Position Description:

• Meet and Greet customers on the floor or through inbound phone calls and emails
• Log customer data into a CRM
• Follow up with customers periodically through outbound phone calls, emails and text messages
• Help guide customers through the decision-making process of choosing the right vehicle
• Nurture your customer base for repeat sales and referrals

Hours are Tuesday – Saturday 8:40 – 6:00
