If you’re looking to join a fun, energetic team in an upbeat environment, we are hiring Customer Service & Sales Associates in our Abingdon, Maryland location.

We’re seeking qualified individuals that are honest, hard-working, and like to have fun at work! Customer Service & Sales Associates assist in signing new members into our membership plans and taking care of account issues while obtaining and servicing customer needs. Our staff members are also expected to demonstrate the highest level of customer service while crafting espresso and coffee orders to the standards set forth by CCW.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Up-selling services, selling memberships

· Keeping the coffee area and lobby clean and organized during shift

· Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and dealing with customer account questions

· Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company standards and regulations

· Develop customer relationships

· Operate cash register and process payments

· Use of electronic scanners, cash registers, or related equipment

Qualifications

· Able to sell services to align with customer needs

· Strong interpersonal and listening skills with an outgoing personality

· Action-oriented with a team-player attitude

· Works with a sense of urgency

· High energy and desire to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

· Presentable and professional appearance

· Ability to work long hours on your feet in a fast-paced environment

· Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience with one employer

· Reliable transportation

· Open availability

· Starting pay is determined based on individual qualifications and includes commission and tips

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
