Dext Capital is a national equipment lease and finance company headquartered in Lake Oswego Oregon. We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to help expand our fast-growing business.

This is a high-income earning opportunity with a path to create a fulfilling career within the finance industry.

Dext Sales Representatives experience:
- Training program which teaches you how to sell in the equipment finance and leasing pace.
- Competitive base salary with commission earning potential.
- Phone and travel reimbursement

Responsibilities:
-Generate and develop new business within the target markets of Dext Capital.
-Meet/exceed target objectives
-Develop and qualify leads within respective territory or equipment vertical to drive sales through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns.
-Attend trade shows to develop an understanding of the leasing and finance space, while fostering new relationships within the industry.
-Periodic travel to meet with current and potential customer base.
-Adhere to Dext Capitals exceptional customer service standards
-Maintain and foster existing customer relationships -Prepares quotes and handle negotiations when appropriate
-Understand product offerings and effectively communicates benefits to the end-user

Skills:
-Minimum 1 year of previous B2B or relative sales experience.
-High school diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
-Management of day-to-day activities and outbound calling requirements
-Ability to work in a team environment and be coachable
-Able to work under pressure to hit sales targets
-Negotiation and consultative sales skills
-Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferences (not required):
-Equipment finance or related sales experience
-Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
-History of meeting/exceeding sales goals
