Job Description

The Sales Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in assisting both the Internal and External Sales Teams. This individual is responsible for enhancing relationships with new clients and helping introduce them to new products and product lines. They also help oversee the needs of existing customers and strive to streamline processes. This is a true Sales Support role and the individual in the position must enjoy working with and helping people. To excel in this position, it is essential to have a thorough understanding of Muscle MX products and the production, fulfillment, and operations processes. This understanding will be taught to the right individual.

The Sales Support Coordinator will work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure all customer inquiries are efficiently and effectively handled through the company's systems. They will also support Inside Sales Representatives and online customers as needed. The Sales Support Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with clients and helping the sales team achieve their goals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities…

• Daily communication with sales manager, sales reps, operations
• Communicate effectively with sales team to help push them towards their weekly and monthly quotas
• Daily communications with wholesalers, distributors, and customers
• Update POs and create sales reports in QuickBooks/Fishbowl/SalesForce
• Help fulfillment prepare all wholesale orders
• Create monthly sales recaps in excel.
• Answer questions and provide information for wholesalers, distributors and retailers.
• Analyze sales, production and shipment reports
• Interdepartmental liaison aligning sales, operation and finance departments.
• Execution of all sales support needs, including but not limited to sales materials, swag, sales promotions and sales training.
• New account onboarding
• Work on special projects and perform other tasks as required like inventory management
• Accepts responsibility for the organizational goals by taking ownership of new and different duties and identifying new opportunities within the Sales Department.

Who We Want…

• 1-2 years of successful sales support experience
• Experience within CBD industry a plus
• Experience with SalesForce, Fishbowl or Quickbooks is a Huge Plus
• Strong professional telephone presence
• Polished professional presence and demeanor
• Solid understanding of basic sales methods / technique
• Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
• Ability to make decisions and work with little supervision
• Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks
• Proficient with basic computer hardware and software (Word, Excel)
• Good oral and written skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
