The Intersect Group is searching for a positive, motivated Director of Client Success for a permanent position in Columbus, OH.

**THIS IS AN IN-PERSON POSITION**

The Director of Client Success has lead teams of Customer Success Managers and can effectively lead them on best practices of Customer Success performance management – both internal and external; they possess leadership qualities, good client-presence, and de-escalation techniques.

Role and Responsibilities

• Align and perform CSM-related strategic initiatives
• Motivate and steer the organization daily based on data analytics
• Improve metric utilization and navigate CSM focus to maintain client satisfaction.
• Create and implement processes to drive departmental efficiencies.
• Continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships
• Oversee all escalated client issues through resolution and actively coach team members through challenges.
• Team meeting agenda creation and agenda accountability
• Accountable for CSM scheduled calls and Client Success Plans in order to provide ongoing support to clients,
• Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient department operations.
• Conduct performance evaluations of all team members.
• Actively participate in the hiring process of new team members
• Collaborates with leadership team to develop quotas and strategies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
