Minimum Requirements for consideration:

• Liquid capital requirement for some entry points
• Minimum 2 years sales, marketing and or management experience

Agency Protégé Producer Program

Designed for individuals with aspirations for an entrepreneurial opportunity with access to a 12-month development program.

• Base pay plus commission
• Suited for motivated & self-starters with effective time management skills to successfully achieve goals in the program.
• Opportunity to grow skills and business knowledge to become an agency owner with Farmers while working for an existing agency owner (mentor)
• Transition to Startup or Acquisition program within a year of successful completion of the Protege program.

Startup Agency

Designed for capitalized candidates with experience in Insurance and sales industry who are looking for a proven business model that maximizes cash flow and residual income opportunities

• Monthly and Annual bonus Up to 36% and 60% respectively

Acquisition Ownership Program
