Cornerstone Recruiting is actively searching for an experienced Salesperson to develop relationships within the community and advance the companies goals through increased sales and development opportunities. Our client is one of nation's leading providers of Residential & Commercial Remediation, Cleaning, and Restoration services. Ideal candidates for this role will be a motivated self-starter, with networking, sales and development experience. This is a position with HUGE opportunity for growth and advancement, as well as schedule flexibility.
Sales & Business Development Manager Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by building relationships, executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments and maintaining assigned contact lists.
• Participates in professional associations and networking groups.
• Meet sales objectives by maintaining existing customer and building new customer relationships.
• Utilize company approved software to record necessary data and track sales activity.
• Work closely with Director of Operations and Owner to close large accounts.
• Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals.
• Complete other Sales related requests as per Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
