Lindenwood Agency, Inc. we are a full service Brokerage that has been in business for over with 65 years experience.

As an Insurance Broker/ Agent Account Manager in our office, you will take ownership for customer interactions while educating and counseling policyholders on making the right insurance decisions. You will gain valuable experience in the world of insurance sales and general customer service. This is a full-time position looking for experienced insurance professionals to become a part of our growing family!

As a Insurance Broker/ Agent Account Manager , your duties will include:

· Help customers service their insurance policies through exciting life events

· Ensure customers have the right level of coverage while identifying and resolving customer conflicts

· Make sales as needed to drive revenue

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Must already possess MO or IL P&C insurance license

· Strong attention to detail with time management

Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills

Benefits:

· We are offering $40,000-$50,000 annually depending on experience

. Medical, and 401K are also included

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
