Job Description: Single Family Rental Sales Representative

Reports To: Vice President of Multifamily Sales

Assignment Focus: We are looking for a high-performing Single Family Rental (SFR) Sales Representative to join our team. The SFR Sales Representative will focus on business development activities targeting the single family rental market. A successful candidate will be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends and plan sales strategies accordingly
• Prospect and qualify new sales leads
• Track all sales activity in the CRM and keep current by updating account information regularly
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
• National and local representation at industry association and client events

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Outstanding face-to face client communication skills required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
• Excellent mathematical and Excel skills
• Strong closing skills
• Ability to travel up to 50%
