Dorian Insurance, a Farmers Insurance Agency of California, was established in 1994. Dorian Insurance is currently hiring for an Insurance Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team! This is an in-office position.

We have grown to eight employees and are continuing to grow and looking for a new team member to join our family. Qualifications for the Personal Lines Insurance Service & Sales Representative:

• California Property & Casualty License is required
• At least 1-3 years of sales or client-facing experience is highly preferred
• Life Insurance License is a plus, will eventually need to obtain within 6 months of hire date
• Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
• Must be tech savvy
• Comfortable in a fast paced agency
• Can work independently as well as in a team environment
• Positive attitude

Responsibilities for the Personal Lines Insurance Service & Sales Representative:

• Communication with clients via phone & email
• Providing knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability
• Data entry in various platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
