Insurance Sales Rep Requirements (REQUIRED)

• Coachable
• Utah Property & Casualty Insurance License Required, will be obtained prior to start
• Ability to easily talk to people and build a relationship from a cold start
• Goal-oriented
• Sales driven with demonstrated closing capacity
• Willingness to learn
• Great self-starter and multi-tasker
• Able to maintain enthusiastic attitude

Insurance Sales Rep Responsibilities

• Develop supplied leads, build relationships, generate new business
• Develop insurance quotes and close sales
• Provide extraordinary customer service experience to customers
• Follow-up on queries
• Solve problems

Insurance Sales Rep Benefits

• Starting earn $40K- 85k annually including hourly base pay plus commissions.
