Job Description: Account Executive

General:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite with ability to navigate multiple screens/programs

Have a positive and cooperative attitude

Desire to work in a team environment achieving personal and team goals

Have a desire for continuous learning of our industry

Punctuality

Ability to achieve daily and monthly sales goals/benchmarks

Daily Activity: (may vary day to day)

Answer a queue of in-coming customer calls, collect customer information, and analyze customer needs

Resolve customer service issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause, recommending and expediting the best solution, and following up to ensure satisfaction

Attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues calmly and professionally

Completes tasks, assignments and defined processes with some level of independence.

Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate

Responds to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations

Tracks call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
