New Farmers Retail agency owners can make $15-30,000 per month due to a rich bonus program that is paid out monthly and annually in addition to a monthly marketing bonus. No matter your sales experience, we'll invest in training and supporting you to success. We are looking for driven, entrepreneurial, competitive sales professionals to build or purchase an insurance business with Farmers insurance.

The agency owner will:
- Create a team of sales professionals to help them drive new business sales and take advantage of the bonus to hire interns.
- The agency owner will sell commercial insurance and take advantage of the ability to broker commercial insurance not desired by Farmers insurance
- Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new insurance products to capitalize on the lucrative 300% monthly new business bonuses
- Cultivate productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, calling leads and using referrals etc.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Prior successful sales experience (especially in insurance) strongly encouraged for the agency owner role.
- The owner will be a leader and resource in the community when it comes to insurance and financial services

REQUIREMENTS:
- Two (2) years of sales or marketing experience is required
- One (1) year of management or leadership experience is required
