Sales Consultant/Patient Coordinator for MedSpa

ReGen Medical Group is seeking an experienced individual to join our medical practice as a sales consultant and, patient coordinator. We are an aesthetic and wellness practice with cash payments from clients for nonsurgical cosmetic treatments and wellness services. Our full range of services can be found on our website below.

The individual hired for this position will have the following roles and responsibilities:

• Provide detailed client education and options on cosmetic and wellness services offered by ReGen Medical that addresses the client's concerns.. This may be on the phone for a "lead" or face to face for a "client"
• Clearly understands and can articulate the value of our services
• Upsell and Cross Sell services we offer
• Business development with other businesses where there may be synergy with our services for client referrals
• Other administrative tasks as assigned

Our ideal candidate is:

• Experienced in Health or Beauty Sales & Marketing. Prior experience in a Medspa or similar environment in this type of role is a plus.
• Is well organized, highly motivated and can grow, develop client relationships.
• Confident in our services and can provide immediate rapport with our patients to guide them to optimize their treatment experience.
• Has the personal appearance, phone etiquette, and demeanor suitable for a medical practice.
• Social Media Marketing knowledge or experience preferred, or willing to learn.

This is a Marietta based part-time contractor 1099 position for 1st 90 days as probationary period but can become a full-time W-2 employee position for the right candidate.

Compensation is based on an hourly pay with uncapped commissions and bonus pays. (hourly pay range is shown; commissions and bonus pays will be discussed with short-listed candidates after the initial interviews).
