POSITION OVERVIEW:
As an Account Manager in charge of Onboarding, you will help interview and onboard new dealerships to our mobile-first website platform. You will provide administrative support to our growing organization, have excellent customer service skills, build rapport quickly with new dealerships, have outstanding attention to detail and project management skills. You will collect all relevant information from our dealers and communicate/collaborate with our designers, copywriters, and dev team to build their website. The ideal candidate is process-driven, solution-focused, organized, able to develop timelines, has an incredible work ethic, and is able to troubleshoot any issues that arise.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Onboard new clients successfully and on time, build relationships with dealers, provide our internal team everything they need to build a successful website
- Maintain complete documentation of processes to ensure successful implementation and onboarding of 321 Ignition clients
- Provide administrative support throughout the entire onboarding lifecycle
- Educate dealers on how 321 Ignition can contribute to their business objectives
- Ability to understand and utilize data to make and support recommendations
- Understand project goals, maintain timelines/scope and ensure all specific deliverables are executed on brand, and on time
- Set timelines and overall project status meetings to ensure all timelines are met and all parties are well informed of upcoming deadlines and deliverables
- Interest in how development and design must be in sync to ensure design assets can be utilized by the development team
- Ability to understand and direct creative to project completion to the satisfaction of the stakeholders and leadership
- Actively track project status, progress, risks and milestones, communicating with the team on next steps and prioritizing needs
- Maintain a big-picture mindset while managing the details of day-to-day projects
- Act as the “voice of the dealer”, providing input to internal teams
- Ensure timely communication for internal & external key stakeholders
- Identify and implement improvements to our systems and processes to increase team efficiency or improve the client experience
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Automotive experience (preferred)
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Be a resourceful problem solver with a passion and respect for the creative process
- Understand how to work with a wide range of cross-functional teams and business leaders, while keeping projects on track
- Project management
- Self-Motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, & Google Docs
- Jira (preferred)
