Assist in the development and implementation of Call Control’s marketing strategy to promote the company’s brand, attract potential leads, and generate sales. Promote the company’s products and services to existing and prospective customers online and over the phone.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Understand and practice Call Control’s Core Values and Mission and ensure that all Call Control team members understand and practice the values and Mission as well.

Strategic Marketing Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with Executive Team to fully understand product and communication needs
  • Presents ideas and recommendations to Director of Operations and Executives
  • Measures team performance; communicates goals and quotas to team; and encourages and motivates Level 3 OnCALLogists as they work toward reaching their goals and quotas
  • Attend sales demonstrations as an active listener and participant

Web-Based Marketing

  • Drafts, implements, maintains, and revises online marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue to the company
  • Develops and expands company’s web presence through social media, email, web advertising, and other online sources; promotes company brand through these channels
  • Collaborates with Executive Team on web design, development, and content to monitor and improve search engine optimization (SEO) results for the company’s site(s)
  • Ensures the CRM provides an effective sales funnel through daily and weekly maintenance
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Lead Generation Telemarketing

  • Collaborates with Executive Team to establish sales goals and to develop scripts for use by telemarketing team
  • Learns and executes the Appointment Setter Process through cold calls and online contact
  • Creates and delivers Lead Sheets to the Sales Department for any appointments set
  • Prepares and presents weekly and monthly productivity and sales reports to Director of Operations
