The purpose of an Account Manager is to be the go-to contact for our existing valued agricultural clients in managing the insurance products we provide. You will assist clients in making policy adjustments and renewal reviews to ensure they have the proper levels of coverage for each of their unique needs and requirements. This position will be primarily focused on servicing agricultural insurance products such as crop insurance.

Job Details

• Provide quality service to clients by being knowledgeable, solution-driven, and prompt in meeting their needs.
• Review, process, and properly document carrier and client requests.
• Assist clients with claims, certificate requests, and accounting/billing.
• Research and obtain quotes from carrier underwriters and quoting systems.
• Prepare account proposals for sales staff to share with perspective clients.
• Complete client renewal reviews by analyzing client’s current exposures and evaluating each client’s individual situation to ensure they have the right coverage in place to provide peace of mind.
• Assist in developing creative marketing campaigns and participate in community involvement opportunities to have a positive impact in the area we serve.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty & Crop insurance license or willing to obtain within 60 days
• Bachelor’s degree or two years of previous customer service experience

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
