Full description of the position

We are looking for a full-time, energetic Home Improvement Construction Sales Manager to help continue our fast growth.

As we continue to grow and seek new ways to better serve our customers, Outback Deck (one of the Virtus Family of Companies - [please apply online] is seeking a highly-skilled Sales Manager based at our Woodstock, GA office.

A little bit about the position:

In this critical role, the Sales Manager’s primary mission is to build and motivate their sales team (currently 4/5 reps) that meets with homeowners to diagnose needs, design options, present solutions, and close deals to achieve the company's sales objectives. You will lead training, coaching, and mentoring that includes extensive in-the-field time with your reps. We have an amazing, proven highly successful sales process that you will learn and then teach our reps. The successful individual will have a thorough strong sales aptitude, and provide strategic feedback on the direction to meet company sales goal expectations. You will act as a customer service liaison and actively manage and report on all of your sales team's jobs.

Some qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of PROVEN success managing an in-home sales team of at least 4+ reps.
  • Basic Construction knowledge
  • A minimum of an AA Degree, but will forgo that if you meet all other qualifications.
  • Expert skills with CRM systems, and MS Excel.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
