We are looking for someone who is self motivated that can take inbound sales calls and sell our Company service(s) while representing our PURE values. As a Sales Specialist, you will meet with potential and existing customers, helping to expand the business by marketing customers pest, termite, snake, mosquito and commerical services. As the face and voice of our business, you feel accomplished through your efforts that contribute to the overall success of our company.If you can do that and meet the following requirements, we'd love to have you as part of our team.

Pay: $40,000 - $200,000 per year, plus additional bonuses for outstanding monthly goals hit. **must hit/exceed monthly sales minimums.

Must have professional appearance, be able to pass criminal background check and drug screenings.

You can expect a 40 hour, Mon-Fri work week.

No pest control experience required, but is preferred. Paid 6 week training period.

Responsibilities

Comply with product label, state and federal regulations, and company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Maintain certifications and training to stay up to date on license hours and current rules/regulations for the State of Georgia.

Generate leads utilizing personal and company strategies.

Meeting/exceeding sales goals.

Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

Upsell services to existing and prospective customers.

Keep scheduled appointments with customers.

Interact with customers and ask questions to determine the customer concerns and existing conditions.

Properly and clearly outline service procedures and answer customer questions.

Document service using company devices or complete accurate and legible service documents and provide to customers.

Collect service payments from customers.

Wash and clean assigned vehicle and ensure proper maintenance and repairs (if provided).

Maintain timesheets within company policy.

Attend and complete training and meetings as required.

Maintain equipment and tools in good working order.

Perform other duties as required by management.
