Job Description:

The Account Manager position at our company is predominantly responsible for managing job material for quoted/sold/submitted jobs. Duties include ordering, following through until customer receives material, billings, install information, assisting Sales Team in meeting deadlines and keeping our customers up to date with their job schedules. This will entail working with our customers, vendors, and warehouse to ensure materials arrive in line with the job schedule.

Responsibilities:

•Working with our warehouse for shipping and warehouse pick-ups to provide a seamless buying experience for our customers

•Receive, process, and troubleshoot orders and resolve customer inquiries and complaints

•Answer incoming customer calls and set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments with their orders

•Provide basic product information to customers

•Communicate customer complaints to Sales team

•Basic administrative duties

•Develop understanding of company products, pricing, terms, and customer specific needs

Qualifications:

•Previous experience in sales, customer service, project management, or other related fields

•Ability to build rapport with our customers

•Strong communication skills

•Setting deadlines and reminders, providing feedback and communication with customers about the status of their projects

•Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Suite

•Proficient computer skills with a willingness to learn manufacturer software for ordering materials

•Problem solving skills

•Self-Motivated learner and detail oriented

•Ability to work under pressure at a quick pace with attention to detail
